So the competition is on saturday 22. october.
The athletes will be instructed at 10:00 and the lifting starts 11:00.

We wanna give beginners in weightlifting a good possibility to gain experience in weightlifting / competitions.
➡ This is a competition for beginners, if youre a pro high level expert super pro in weightlifting, please don’t join! Thank you 🙂

Of course you are allowed to bring food, friends and family!

IMPROVE YOUR WEIGHTLIFTING SKILLS, SHOW YOUR STRENGTH AND JUST HAVE A FCKN GREAT TIME AT THE GYM ! ♥

(die Party geht sicher bis in die Nacht, wenn ihr erst später kommen könnt/wollt, kein Problem)

THE COMPETITION:
Strongman:
15 places – first come first serve
EVENTS (all events 60 seconds time limit)
Recommended strength level:
→ deadlift approximately 170-230kg
→ overhead 70kg+

→ Overhead medley (Log, Keg, Dumbell, Axle, Safe press) (weights to be confirmed)
→ Farmers walk 90kg per hand 20m + duck walk (weight TBC) 20m race
→ Hex bar deadlift, 180kg, maximum repetitions
→ Arm over arm 20m sled pull, weight to be confirmed
→ Loading race, 4 objects (50, 70kg slam ball, sandbag, keg)
loaded from 10m distance to a platform


Strongwomen: 10 places – first come first serve
EVENTS (all events 60 seconds time limit)

→Overhead medley (30kg-40kg) (Log, Keg, Dumbell, Axle, Safe press)(weights to be confirmed)
→ Farmers walk 50kg per hand 20m + duck walk (weight TBC) 20m race
→ Hex bar deadlift, 105kg, maximum repetitions
→ Arm over arm 20m sled pull, weight to be confirmed
→ Loading race, 4 objects (30kg slam ball, for instance keg 35kg-50kg)
loaded from 10m distance to a platform
